2013 Membership Fees

Club fee	$300
Level 3 & Level 4 team fee (except Under 21)	$475
Under 21 team fee	$475

Club fee
Each club must pay their annual membership fee by January 7th of each year.

Team Refunds
Team withdrawn before February 28th - full refund;

Team withdrawn between February 28th and March 31st - no refund;

Team withdrawn between April 1st and April 30th - no refund, and, the ERSL shall impose a fine equal to the team entry fee; and

Team withdrawn after May 1st - no refund, and, the ERSL shall impose a $1000 fine.
