Friendly Matches vs USA Teams June 18th and June 24th

Dear Members,
You may have already received the below e-mail from EPL Sports. We wanted to provide you with additional info if you choose to host an Exhibition game.
 
EPL Sports is looking for games for teams from the US for June 18 and 24, 2015 while they are in Ottawa for the World Cup.
All of the details, age groupings and contact information is in the e-mail below.
If you decide to host a team for a game(s), please ensure that you follow these steps:

1.Fill out an Application to Host an Exhibition Game for North American Jurisdiction (Teams from USA).

2. Send the approval request with AHEG# to EODSA at least 10 days before the game. 
3. Have the Club assign an official to referee the Game.
4. Ensure the team has an approved Travel Permit before they can participate in the game. 
5. Ensure a copy of the EODSA Exhibition Game Sheet is submitted to EODSA after the game.

I hope I find you well and that the soccer is going well. We are a worldwide sports tours company of which i'm based in our office in Wales in the UK.

 

We are very excited to be bringing teams to Canada for the brilliant event which is the Womens World Cup and as part of their once in a lifetime experience they are looking to play matches against Canadian sides of similar age and ability.

 

All of our teams travelling to Canada for the Womens World Cup are American, mostly from Pennsylvania. Please see additional information below: 

 

Location: If possible we would like to play the games at your home field or in your local area. 

 

Cost: There would be no cost for your teams and we are willing to contribute to any cost for the game e.g. referee, field, refreshments.

 

Date & Time: June 18th and June 24th. Time is TBC.
